When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. Depending on carrier capacity and your delivery location, items typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays resulting from customs clearance or inspections, or from carrier service issues.

What are the shipping rates?
We apply a flat-rate shipping fee to all destinations worldwide: £2.99.
Which countries/regions do you ship to?
Currently, we offer worldwide shipping. However, if we are temporarily unable to ship to your country or region due to logistical reasons, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. Yes, this is possible.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped only on regular business days (excluding holidays). Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouse; other items are produced and shipped directly from our own manufacturing facilities located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
