Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept requests to cancel orders before the product has been shipped or production has begun. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs only once (including return shipping costs); we do not charge consumers any restocking fees for product returns.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund immediately; the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account. Subsequently, please contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted by the bank.
